Jigsaw Business Solutions is a fast-growing UK-based and international business. The Jigsaw team is responsible for launching, improving and managing gift card and service-related products. This covers all channels, including in-store, online, corporate sales, loyalty and additional third-party partner opportunities. We act as an extension of the retailer, providing retail and revenue optimization consultancy alongside innovative tech solutions across multiple sectors.
About the role
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and future focused team, delivering gift card and payment solutions for major retailers. Our Operations Executives are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, e-commerce, order processing and reporting.Reporting to the Operations & eCommerce Manager there is an opportunity to get involved in the planning and delivery of a variety of commercial and technical projects.
Your Responsibilities
· Provide excellent customer service (by email and using our CRM/ticketing system)
· Monitoring and following up on all fraudulent activity on our e-commerce platform(s)
· Gift card order management and fulfilment
· Weekly, Monthly and ad hoc reporting
· Build and maintain effective commercial relationships with all third parties (vendors/suppliers)
· Support our client(s) with website amendments
· Support the Project team with the implementation of new products and services
· General administration
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills;
· A natural flair for great customer service
· Confident using technology, with specific experience using MS Excel
· Experience using Zendesk desired but not necessary
· Great communicator (written and verbal inc. virtually)
· Great organisational skills, attention to detail and completer/finisher skillset
· Logical and able to articulate thoughts clearly
· Adaptable problem solver
· A natural relationship builder, able to work confidently across functions and at all levels

Location: All of the Jigsaw team can take advantage of hybrid working. Our offices are based in central London (Runway East, 20 St Thomas Street, London Bridge London SE1 9RS) and offer a great space to collaborate and nurture our team culture.
Working Hours: Full time role, 8.5-hour day with unpaid 1-hour break for lunch, Monday to Friday.
