Customer Service, Online Sales & Managerial Support Assistant

As a small family run team, there is a multidisciplinary role with direct report lines into the company owners and senior team. Skills & Personal attributes:
- Outgoing, friendly personality

- Excellent communication and fluent English in both, written and spoken
- Excellent IT and digital skills
- Good business acumen and numeracy skills
- Experience in various hospitality management systems preferable (i.e. marketman, square, Shopify, sevenrooms)
- Good understanding and know-how of analytics and reporting
- Good understanding of Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor and other review platforms
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Primary contact for customers on the phone and by email, including face-to-face meetings if and when required
- Advising customers on cake orders, table and private event bookings
- Order & private event processing from the first inquiry to order completion, incl. invoicing & payments
- Coordinating deliveries
- Regularly updating the website and online shop (Shopify), google and Facebook
- Update table booking platform (sevenrooms) and till (square)
- Admin support with seasonal product and menu launches
- Awareness of e-commerce and digital marketing trends and best practices. Constantly optimise landing pages and user journey. Come up with new ideas to drive conversion and sales.
- Assist with newsletter and email marketing campaign audience segmentation/testing and performance analysis.
- Monthly and seasonal report of sales performance versus targets
- Customer satisfaction reporting and handling
- PR team support
- Building up and maintaining a good relationship with our private and corporate clients as well as affiliates
