Hours: 35 hours per week

About you

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our membership team, supporting the business in delivering outstanding customer service across the organisation.

As a customer service officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and customers, whether that be via the telephone, email or webchat. You’ll assist with a range of enquiries covering membership, events, qualifications and training. You’ll be quick to resolve issues and quick to spot opportunities to share further information on any areas our members may not be taking advantage of.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about offering great customer service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the customer always comes first.

You’ll also have the opportunity to play a key role in our marketing campaigns, managing follow-up activity with outbound calls and emails.
