One of our most established clients are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their Business Analysis Community of Practice within the Savings team. As a business analyst you be working with a Business Analysis Community of Practice which is focused on innovation, improvement and creativity while keeping in line with industry standards of diligence in analysis and documentation practices. With new team structures and new ways of working this is a great opportunity to bring your creativity to the role - we would love to hear your ideas!
What will your role look like.
- Facilitate workshops, both in person and
- Gather business requirements and create User Stories with supporting documentation to communicate them
- Contribute to the Business Analysis Community of Practice to evolve, learn and improve as a team.
- Fully commit to your delivery team through agile ceremony participation, owning refinements and supporting all team members with their tasks
- Work to identify, analyse, and understand our business problems and, as part of an agile delivery team, you'll design and build solutions which deliver value to our customers.
- Work closely with our business subject matter experts and Product Owners
- Business Analysts will gather requirements, understand impacts and provide insight to enable fact based prioritisation and a safe delivery.
- You'll write User Stories which focus on bringing value to our customers and communicate them clearly with your delivery team to make sure everyone is focused on the right outcome
- Encourage iterative delivery by taking the "just enough" approach and thinking small.
