We have some amazing opportunities to join to the Ethos Farm team at Westfield London to support our Car Park team.
Car Park Customer Service Officer - Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout the guests visit when using the car parks
· Overseeing the day to day operation requirements of the car parks – including opening and closing levels correctly, patrolling, car park inspections and first line preventative maintenance
· Monitoring and reporting relevant information and feedback in relation to health and safety, cleanliness and environmental requirements
· Assisting in directional and organising vehicle movement services for guests to ensure a safe and pleasant parking experience
· Assisting with incidents and responding to any emergency situations, ensuring guest and team safety is prioritised

· Be a team player and able to work cross-departmentally
· Have the utmost discretion when dealing with all sensitive and confidential information
· Able to confidently use tills and apps
· Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
