To provide a lead on customer service support for Newcastle Specials Line manage Business Support Officer Initiates and/or implements action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained Receive, analyse and process customer orders whilst verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner To perform the professional role of a customer service manager, including offering customer service advice and support to internal/external customers, dealing with customer queries and co-operating with colleagues, particularly in relation tocustomer ordering support To ensure and provide a quality service to both internal and external customers Contribute to and leading training programmes in the area of responsibility and supporting senior production staff in quality initiatives in production services as a whole Provides expertise as the lead member of the Pharmacy Production Units customer service team Lead person responsible for the raising of notifications of debt relating to customer service department, monitoring and chasing outstanding debt and lead contact with the finance department with regards to financial queries relating to Newcastle Specials.
