Job description
- You will be a strong manager with at least 2 years experience
- You will be a people person who can work with, motivate & encourage their staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- A solid knowledge of either the car or transport industry is essential for this position
- Be comfortable dealing with any customer service & driver issues
- You will be able to get stuck in with the role from the very start to hit the ground running
You will be the vital link between the planning, motorway sections & the operating process. Collaborating with the transport planners & administration team you will have access to appropriate operational & HR Management support but you will be expected to work in an autonomous manner. You will show skills to encourage your staff ensuring that you bring out the best in them.

Generally speaking you will work Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 but you will be someone who can be flexible as & when required due to the nature of the business.
