Job description
I am recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join an exciting and growing company based in Newton Aycliffe.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a small team and ensuring the team is operating effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding their order status, order details, and any other inquiries or concerns
- Ensuring orders are processed efficiently on time via SAP.
- Responsible for the liaison between Customers, Production Planners, Finance, Customer Fulfilment and Logistics
- Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders
- Development of overall customer fulfilment function, including digitisation to remove manual touch points, streamlining of processes.
Person Specification:
- Experience in a similar role as management or team leader level
- SAP experience
- Have demonstrable experience of promoting and implementing continuous improvement to processes and/or ways of working and ensuring these are sustained.
- Have demonstrable recent experience of leading a team to deliver a strong customer service and/or project outcome
- Digitally competent
- Proactive and can challenge ideas
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00 per year
