We are interviewing Customer Service Managers to join our fast-paced and growing company. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the supervision of multiple departments, including overseeing all customer service-related activities and providing quality assurance to ensure that all customers receive proper service and support. The successful candidate will be needed to be able to work collaboratively with both upper management and entry-level employees to ensure a welcoming and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a customer service strategy.
- Manage customer service staff, including hiring, managing, and terminating staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
