Bromsgrove District Housing Trust (bdht) have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Customer Experience to join the business to lead and develop our customer offer. We want someone creative and inspiring to continue to provide an excellent customer experience.
What you will be doing:
You’ll lead our approach to customer engagement, including responding to complaints. You will use a data driven approach alongside strong communication skills to make changes across the organisation to improve the customers’ experience. You will create a culture of support and trust, where team managers are coached to listen to and empower their teams. You will develop and deliver strategies that support customers and communities and will be a key part of the directorate leadership team, which takes responsibility for strategic planning and works in partnership with local stakeholders to ensure we achieve our vision.
About You
We are looking for a strategic leader with experience of working in either business transformation, customer engagement or social housing customer facing teams.
You will have experience of change management; implementing new initiatives that have improved customer experience and be accustomed to developing services which have been shaped by employees, customers, and communities.
With strong and effective communication skills you will have the ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm and balanced manner as well as motivate and inspire others through a trust-based leadership style.
