Customer Service Manager

Kingswinford

£25,000 -£30,000

Permanent

Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm


Duties

• Help manage the delivery of secured projects through our Customer Service Representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handling customer complaints to ensure costs are mitigated but maintaining strong commercial relationships with repeat customers
• Forecasting of current and future orders to assist with vehicle planning and financial reporting
• Coaching and mentoring the existing team to provide exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the needs of the business are promoted.

Experience

• Self-motivated, with initiative and a proactive approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to prioritise and plan ahead accordingly, with a structured approach to delivering projects and day-to-day activities
• Thrive in a pressured and fast paced environment, making informed but fast decisions
• Strategic thinker, able to consider external factors and impact of local decisions
• Demonstrable track record in nurturing talent and developing teams
