Duties
- Help manage the delivery of secured projects through our Customer Service Representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handling customer complaints to ensure costs are mitigated but maintaining strong commercial relationships with repeat customers
- Forecasting of current and future orders to assist with vehicle planning and financial reporting
- Coaching and mentoring the existing team to provide exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the needs of the business are promoted.
- Self-motivated, with initiative and a proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to prioritise and plan ahead accordingly, with a structured approach to delivering projects and day-to-day activities
- Thrive in a pressured and fast paced environment, making informed but fast decisions
- Strategic thinker, able to consider external factors and impact of local decisions
- Demonstrable track record in nurturing talent and developing teams
