Customer Service Manager

Kingswinford

£25,000 -£30,000

Permanent

Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm

Duties

Help manage the delivery of secured projects through our Customer Service Representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Handling customer complaints to ensure costs are mitigated but maintaining strong commercial relationships with repeat customers
Forecasting of current and future orders to assist with vehicle planning and financial reporting
Coaching and mentoring the existing team to provide exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the needs of the business are promoted.

Experience

Self-motivated, with initiative and a proactive approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to prioritise and plan ahead accordingly, with a structured approach to delivering projects and day-to-day activities
Thrive in a pressured and fast paced environment, making informed but fast decisions
Strategic thinker, able to consider external factors and impact of local decisions
Demonstrable track record in nurturing talent and developing teams
