We believe personal connection and collaboration are important to both your and our success stories. Everyone should have the right balance of office and home working to stay connected to the business, work with their team, and manage their wellbeing. We’re not asking everyone to do a fixed number of days. We’re asking everyone to work with their managers and teams to get the balance right.
