Job description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Helper. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, sending tickets, and emails while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing support to customers with their queries and concerns.
- Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Sending tickets to our internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable using technology, including email, phones and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
