Customer Service & Fulfilment Assistants x 2
Salary: £21,458.00 pa

Two full-time vacancies have arisen to complete a range of administrative and fulfilment tasks including processing customer orders, maintaining customer databases and general fulfilment to time. Ensuring a first-class efficient service is provided throughout the order process, from placement to despatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the daily administration and fulfilment of Weatherbys and third-party products and services through the administration of customer databases, hand enclosing fulfilment and dispatch of a variety of items, bespoke mailshots, and publications to agreed timeframes.
- Previous experience in carrying out a variety of admin tasks each day
- Taking and processing customer orders and queries via telephone, email, and online platforms with exceptional levels of customer service.
- Data input and maintenance using a range of customer databases.
- Record and coordinate invoice and stock level information to high standards of accuracy within agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate courier deliveries and bookings, producing required accompanying paperwork to a high level of accuracy.
- Providing a variety of physical fulfilment services from pick and pack to bespoke hand enclosure both in addition to digital fulfilment services.
- Hand enclosing of a variety of items for a high-profile client base that will include, Cheltenham Racecourse, Royal Ascot, and The Kennel Club.
- Supporting Post Room services, including the sorting and distributing of incoming and outgoing UK and Overseas mail.
- Adhere to company policies/guidelines around customer and financial data handling in compliance with GDPR and current law.
- Ensuring timesheet records are completed accurately.
- To provide support to other areas of the department as and when required.
- To ensure the companies Health and Safety policy is adhered to.

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisation skills and being able to work as part of a team are key.
- Ability to work flexibly to strict deadlines and under pressure.
- Ensuring the fulfilment and order taking services provided to all clients are executed correctly and accurately avoiding reputational damage.
