Customer Service Field Agent who has excellent communication, listening, mediation and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers is required for a well-established, award-winning company. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED Although you don’t need previous industry experience, you will need great people skills with the ability to show empathy and support customers with a range of solutions available to them that meet their needs. You will also need to enjoy a field base role, which will involve travelling to customers homes throughout your designated territory. SALARY: £28,703 OTE (includes a basic salary of £21,944 per annum), plus £2,400 per annum Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Benefits (see below) LOCATION: Llandudno and surrounding areas JOB TYPE: Full-Time, The company will also consider candidates who are seeking , Part-Time or Flexible Hours. WORKING HOURS: 40 Hours per Week (Full-Time Position) SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 4 x 10 Hour Shifts per Week (08:00 – 18:30) no weekends, or 5 x 8 Hour Shifts per Week (08:00 – 16:30) no weekends PLEASE NOTE: You will need your own vehicle with business insurance (The company will provide a car allowance plus a Fuel Card for business miles) JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Field Agent who has excellent communication, listening, mediation and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers. The company provide resolution services on behalf of financial institutions, utility and consumer credit organisations. Working as the Customer Service Field Agent a typical day would be spent visiting the customers at their properties in an attempt to put them in touch with either the company's clients call centre or the company's own call centre. The objective being to bridge the gap in communication. As you progress as the Customer Service Field Agent you will conduct more in-depth visits where the objective will be to discuss a case with a customer yourself at their property. The objective being to provide support to the customer and find a mutually beneficial agreement plan for moving forward.
