CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual to be the first hire in our customer success team. Join us in our Elstree/Borehamwood-based communal work-space with gym, swim, spa, Starbucks, and sports bar/restaurant within the building.

YOUR SKILLSET/PROVEN EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of experience within a customer-facing role
Experience with a CRM system such as Intercom or Zendesk
Proven ability to interact effectively with clients to drive results
Energetic, pro-active attitude towards working with others
Outstanding telephone manner
Logical problem-solving skills
Efficient time-management
Responsibility for tasks and staying organised
Empathy towards clients
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become a locumloop platform and process expert
Take a deep interest in the dental industry
Maintain a professional, patient, empathetic, and positive attitude towards customers when dealing with inbound and outbound calls and messages
Call/chat to new nurses to guide them through the sign up process
Call/chat to practices to help us learn about their needs
Work towards targets such as number of nurses and practices on-boarded monthly
Keep records up to date with quality notes
Ensure customer satisfaction
Build relationships with regular customers
Meet any regulatory standards such as the data protection act
Provide insights and feedback to help improve processes, product, and ultimately the business
YOU’LL RECEIVE:
Full time employment
£23,000 starting salary
Attractive performance-related bonus (up to £3,000 ote)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
