We are recruiting for two Customer Service Executives to be based in our Reigate office, reporting into the Office Manager.
The role:
- You will be the first point of contact for general customer enquiries.
- You will be responsible for order processing for pharmaceutical and cosmetic customers in the UK and Ireland. This includes entry on to internal SAP systems, logistical organisation, invoicing and liaising with suppliers and customers regarding all delivery issues and special requests.
- You will provide administrative support for the Sales Managers through the provision of sales figures, analysis of customer delivery patterns and uploading of customer files.
- You will monitor stock levels in line with customer requirements and reconcile stocks in the UK warehouse on a monthly basis, ensuring adequate levels of stock are ordered without incurring unnecessary storage charges.
- You will liaise with relevant Departments to ensure non-conformance and damages are assessed and logged appropriately.
- You will be dealing with a high volume of quality issues, with often lengthy wait times. These must be handled diligently and methodically until close of procedure.
- You will be responsible for collating and fulfilling customer requests for samples and ensuring sample stocks are adequate to meet these requirements.
- You will ensure that the internal SAP system is kept up to date in terms of customer details and prices.
- You will provide holiday and phone cover cross all customer service business units.
- You will work alongside the office team in maintaining and updating all records regarding Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
To be successful, you will need:
- 5 years’ experience in a customer services role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A flexible and hands on approach.
- A polite and professional manner when dealing with customers and suppliers alike.
- An ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of SAP preferable but not essential.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel)

- Salary range of £28,000 - £34,000
