Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9.00pm to 5.30pm
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Holidays: 23 days per annum PLUS bank holidays
Customer Service Job Duties:
- Answers customer support messages via telephone or web promptly to enhance the customer service experience
- Patiently listens attentively to customer and connects them with the appropriate department to address their needs
- Receiving product returns from customers and appropriately locating the units digitally and physically
- Logging customer return details using internal systems
- Maintaining the organization of returned items and systems
- Liaising with our B2B partners daily to ensure a smooth returns process
- Re-packaging resalable items
- Returning faulty items to suppliers and manufactures for credits or replacements
- Working with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently
- Keeping accurate records of returns and raising incident reports
- Involvement in weekly / monthly stock audits
- Work with the Operations Team to appropriately redirect stock to partners, customers and suppliers
- Works with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
- Address costumer questions about new products, services, promotions on sales
- Willing to learn from management to properly apply company policy to customer solutions
- Contributes to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction
- Meet daily expected output targets
