Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Peterborough (PE2 6XE)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time) - 6 Months
Shift pattern: Day time Only (Monday – Friday) (37.5 hrs a week only)
Closing Date: 16th June 2023

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our expanding team within our Inside Track contract for major vehicle manufacture . A succeful candidate will manage the day to day event vehicle requests from Inside Track internal events team, client contacts and their third party agencies.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :
- Industry and administrational experience desirbale
- 2 years in customer service role - Desirable
- Strong Interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong organization/planning/prioritization skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP's etc.)
- Takes ownership with strong problem solving skills
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Matching vehicles to requests, arranging transporters, specification sheets, ad hoc items as requested
- Ensuring systems are updated and all parties communicated to in timely manner
- Manage request sign off procedure ensuring vehicles/transport is booked to correct contract for invoicing.
- Support vehicle ordering to ensure latest models are available for event usage
- Manage Ford of Europe CV fleet, setting up orders, conversions, bookings where required and being main point of contact for client.
- Responsible for Ford vehicle damage administration from return to site damage estimates to customer invoicing and recharging
- Progress chase vehicle preparation with operations ensuring internal KPIs are achieved
