About us:
Alternative Airlines is a fast growing Online Travel Agent, and our ongoing mission is to empower anyone in the world to book a flight easily, and every booking and every customer counts to us!
We are expanding our Customer Service team and we are looking for 6 new people, so if you have got a passion for delivering the best customer service, and love working with people who share the same passion we would love to hear from you!
We have a training course starting on the 18th April 2023 It will be 8-10 weeks of dedicated in house training - including learning Amadeus GDS before going live into the CS team!
What is required from the customer service agent?
- Providing a high level of customer service, by answering calls, and emails from our customers
- Using our in house systems and Amadeus GDS to process change
- Working hard to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to retain customers
- We want to be the BEST online travel agency out there and you can help on our mission!
- Flexible to work over a seven day period, including evenings and weekends
- Flexible working arrangements with a hybrid model of office and working from home
Required Skills:
- Someone who has the passion for customer service and helping our customers regarding their bookings
- Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Preferable experience within the travel industry
