MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering a high volume of calls and emails from all over the UK branches.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries.
- Manage discrepancies daily in a quick and efficient routine.
- Coordinating returns from customers and ensuring correct credits are applied.
- To work as part of a high performing team supporting colleagues and to work on an individual basis.
REQUIREMENTS.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional telecommunication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals.
- Well organised with the ability to plan workload to achieve deadlines.
- I.T skills (Data Entry, Google Work)
- Any previous administrative experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
