Location - Based in the UK: Remote/Hybrid

You will make an impact in the following way:

  • Develop and deliver the service levels required to provide the customer with the best possible experience, promoting customer retention and encouraging additional growth opportunities from the customer
  • Support the European sales process and manage the order-to-ship process through direct management of the Customer Service teams.
  • Drive best-in-class performance in customer service Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics
  • Manage the European Customer Service teams across 4 locations (UK, Denmark, Germany, Tunisia)
  • Co-ordinate the activities of the Customer Service teams with the Plant Managers, liaising with other departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse.
  • Develop robust departmental systems, policies and procedures to sustain a high level of service to all internal and external customers


What you will bring :

  • Related Experience: Track record of related experience within a customer service/customer operations capacity within a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Management Experience: Must be able to demonstrate previous management experience and work effectively in a team environment in a culturally diverse workplace.
  • Systems: SAP knowledge desirable.
  • Strategic view: Ability to look long term and anticipate business needs
  • Multi-tasking: Well-developed organization skills, including the ability to handle many details and multiple projects simultaneously in a cross functional environment
  • Quality focus: Able to uphold quality standards while maintaining a sense of urgency within a high-volume, fast-paced, production environment.
