Ethos Facilities provides a wide range of planned and reactive property maintenance services for both private residents and commercial customers.
As well as our comprehensive service for private residents, we work closely with a number of Managing Agents, Local Authorities, Estate Agents, Blue Chip Organisations and Estate Managers.
ETHOS FACILITIES have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Desk Advisor to join our inclusive and friendly team in the heart of Belgravia, Central London.
The opportunity
Due to growth we are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Desk Advisor to join the team.
As one of our team, you will be interacting with our key client's tenants and residents to meet their needs and ensure that their requests for assistance are responded to promptly and professionally.
Our Service Desk is the first point of contact between Ethos Facilities and our customers. You will receive customer inquiries via phone calls and emails and will work to ensure that the team delivers to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer requests for works to be carried out and handling any complaints
- Escalating issues where necessary
- Allocating work to engineers and keeping accurate records of actions
- Liaising with our clients, residents and tenants in a professional way
- Tracking work orders
- Performing administrative tasks
- Working with, developing and collaborating on new customer service policies and procedures
- Staying updated on developments in the customer services field
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- 2 years experience working in an inbound customer service environment
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Experience of working in a dynamic team in a similar setting
- Strong report-writing and presentation skills, together with a familiarity with popular software packages such as Microsoft Office and applications such as Google Docs
- Self-motivated and able to take the initiative when required
- Demonstrable experience of working across a team to achieve results
- Experience of working with varied software packages desirable
