As a Customer Service Delivery Consultant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Santander ISA Managers (SIM) Delivery team and the wider SIM Investments teams across a wide range of activities ranging from Operational Support to Change Delivery.
You’ll play a key role, establishing excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders and supporting in the management of the incident lifecycle from recording through to remediation as well as Operational Production Support and Change Delivery.
The difference you’ll make.
- Identifying, supporting, and leading the resolution of incidents through established incident management forums and processes and in accordance with policies and local procedures
- Leading and supporting specific SIM Customer Service work-streams to support the delivery of transformational and Business as Usual projects / activities.
- Providing the best possible customer experience through the development and delivery of effective execution plans that drive value through adherence to the San UK governance process.
- Engaging and managing stakeholders (both internal and, external third-party suppliers) for assigned activities to facilitate effective implementation of the SIM Delivery programme.
- Producing highly effective communication, proposals, and presentations; tailored in a way that adds to their ability to inform, persuade and influence
What you’ll bring.
- A working understanding of Investment platforms and the end-to-end investment related customer journeys
- Ability to interpret and analyse data/information with the ability to clearly articulate findings.
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Experience of data mining and analysis tools (Access, SQL etc)
- Proven ability to interpret and document complicated processes, define controls, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Self-organisation skills and the capability to manage own workload across multiple initiatives covering a wide range of products/processes at any one time.
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
What else you need to know.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Glasgow office.
The position can be offered as either fully onsite or as a hybrid role. If you prefer hybrid, we’ll require you to be within a reasonable distance from our Glasgow office as there’ll be a requirement to be onsite 2 days per week.
Our core business hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday.

Right to work in the UK.
