We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to be a key member of our talented team in Holborn, London at a fun co-working office space with events, free tea, coffee and even beer and cider on tap!

You will manage and coordinate working holiday makers arriving in the UK & Ireland to commence their gap year, providing stellar customer service & being their local support during their travels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to all customers over email, video calls, phone and in person
  • Maintain relationships with customers by building rapport and being their support system
  • Coordinating job interviews pre arrival
  • Assisting travellers with their working holiday visa applications
  • Managing our internal database with regular check ins with all of our customers
  • Booking accommodation, airport transfers & arrival activities
  • Conducting engaging in person and virtual orientation sessions when customers arrive in the UK & Ireland

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Customer orientated to deliver a premium experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Self-motivation
  • Attention to detail
