About the Position:
Here at QA, we’re looking for a fabulous Customer Services Coordinator to join our cracking team based in Swindon.
It’s an enjoyable and varied role, being the first point of contact for all our learners, along with quite a few other internal departments. It's an entry-level role but a pivotal one! We use Dynamics 365 as well as more traditional methods like phones and actually talking to people in person!
Key Responsibilities:
The main aspects of this exciting role are:
- Obviously delivering high levels of customer-service!
- Making sure that everything is completed on-time in line with various regulations/governance
- Planning and organising your own workload (no micro-managing here!)
- Building fabulous working relationships with various other departments
- Raise any issues that might affect the brilliant service we provide
- Enjoying working for us!
About You:
This role would be a great fit if you’re from a customer-service background, and even better if you know your way around a keyboard. Yes, great admin skills are a definite plus, but we really need someone who understands what excellent customer-service is and can deliver it easily and naturally.
We’d love you to be able to tick the following boxes, too:
- Self-motivated and determined to be the best you can be
- Experience of using IT systems (like CRMs) would be fab!
- A high attention-to-detail
- Not being put off by tight deadlines and a busy workload
- Knowing how to use Microsoft applications
- And if you are familiar with Dynamics 365 then all the better (Although we can teach you this. We’re a training-provider, after all!)
Apply today, we’d love to hear from you
