Job description
As the successful Customer Service Coordinator your duties will be:
- Liaise confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email
- Provide support to customers
- Process customer orders and produce quotations
- Advise the customer on availability of products, pricing and discounts
- Create and maintain relationships with customers
- Demonstrate commercial awareness
- Able to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong telephone manner
- Full training will be provided
