What you will be doing as a Customer Service Centre Agent:

  • Handle all phone calls and email enquiries in a highly professional manner
  • Engage professionally with guests over online web chat
  • Convert enquiries into bookings
  • Accurate logging of reservations into the system
  • The role will be following a shift pattern of 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, with a monthly rota published in advance
