Customer Advisor role
Flexible to shift work as shifts can vary – 40 hours per week.
Day to day – handling customer queries over works being carried out or works to be carried out, as well as handling complaints when required.
Call centre experience is desirable & complaint handing experience is essential.
You should have good experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; you will be manually inputting data to an excel sheet. You will also be processing information on several systems, so you should be comfortable with operating systems for data entry and similar.
Shifts - 40 hours per week
8am-4:30pm Mon – Fri, once every 3 weeks a late shift = 11:30am-8pm
9am-4pm Saturday - once every 3 weeks
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Salary: £12.00 per hour
