Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: London
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by dealing with email requests, answering phone inquiries, providing product information and fulfilling prize claims. They will also assist in the resolution of customer complaints, and follow up with internal and external resources when problems arise.
Essential Functions:
- Promptly deal with customer's prize claims
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution to their concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issue follow-up communication.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Assist in the daily operation of the office by assisting with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and general office duties.
·Maintain a high level of organisation of your activity
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED preferred
·1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related setting preferred.
·Strong written communication skills; must be professional and warm towards customers.
·Ability to multi-task; work independently; work with limited supervision.
·Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently.
·Ability to understand verbal, written, and diagram instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,235.00-£25,297.00 per year
