We are currently seeking Scanning and Mailroom Specialists for our Corby site across a variety of shifts to operate mailroom services in accordance with Iron Mountain’s policies & procedures, providing our clients with excellent service.
Shifts available are:
6:00am - 14:30pm 14:30pm – 11:00pm 8:00am - 17:00pmWe will also consider part-time working.
The role will encompass all aspects of mailroom delivery and records management, including; mail receipt, threat checking, opening, batching, registration, validation, scanning, quality checks, storage activities, return mail / outbound, picking and packing files and boxes, carrying out manual handling tasks and scanning items with a high level of accuracy.

An attractive starting salary of £21,320 per annum. (Plus £10 per shift for the late shift)

Receiving and inbounding of mailroom documents.
Threat checking of inbound mail. Opening of documents, batching, registering, validating and scanning them.
Batching of documents to prepare for registration.
Completing quality checks to ensure image quality and index quality is in accordance with service level agreements (SLA).
Storing and retrieving documentation.
Carry out manual handling tasks as and when required.
Ensure that all tasks are completed in line with site-specific targets for APH (Activities per hour).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Administration experience, with mailroom knowledge being a distinct advantage.
Scanning knowledge and experience preferred but not essential.
Experience of working to targets and service level agreements.
The ability to provide an excellent customer and client experience.
Basic level of computer skills.
Must be able and willing to complete enhanced government level security clearance checks.
A high level of organisation with the capability to work under pressure.
Comfortable operating at height.
Computer literate with the ability to input and track items in the records centre.
A willingness to carry out manual handling tasks.
Comfortable working within a large records centre in order to locate customer items within agreed SLAs.
You must be willing to complete enhanced government level security clearance checks.
