The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, including claims and customer service issues. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic who are willing to work hard and prioritize achieving goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate responses to customer enquiries.
- Answer customer questions on the phone, via email, or in person.
- Manage inbound email, phone calls, and in-person customers.
- Gather customer information.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Be polite and professional at all times.
- Demonstrate an ability to conduct proper phone etiquette.
- Meet sales goals.
- Manage time well.
- Take initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-50 per week
