This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join at a time of rapid growth. As the business scales, we are looking for new doers, collaborators and innovators to join in uniting the people and technology that move the world as the market leader in their space.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
-Support the business with daily queries and calls across different platforms.
-Ensure our customers are updated every step of the way during their customer journey.
-Liaise with courier services to ensure that deliveries and collections meet the customer expectations and process a claim, if necessary.
- Support trade to give a VIP experience to Influencers.
- Support Warehouse accordingly with returns.
- Going above and beyond when dealing with damaged, faulty and missing orders once investigated, arrange a collection, replacement / refund to reinstall faith with the customer.
- Contact customers verbally when it’s easier to resolve than a written response.
- Inform our customers on out of stock items and action return items.
- Process any new orders with the necessary discount.
- Leave clear and accurate notes on all in-house systems to reflect what action has been taken.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Advisor or other Customer Service role.
- Able to balance a customer-orientated and a results-driven approach.
- Professionalism and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
