Job description
Have you got Customer Service experience? We are actively looking to recruit candidates with experience in Customer Services who are immediately available within the Oldham, Royton and Chadderton area. Benefits include weekly pay, an hourly rate of £9.50-£12 per hour and the opportunity to gain added experience on your CV.
About this role
Answering incoming calls, emails & Internet enquires
Processing orders
Dealing with payments and handling sensitive information
Advising customers of products and services available
Dealing with enquires and complaints to resolution
Building rapport with customers
General administrative duties
Essential skills & Experience
Previous experience within a telephone based customer service role
Must have a high attention to detail & accurate data entry skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Must be customer focused
Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment
