Interaction is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our clients ecommerce and fulfilment centre based in Brackmills, Northampton.

Work alongside account managers, operations teams and onboarding specialists to be responsible for the happiness of their clients when theres an issue. You will be the clients first point of contact and to provide support for all carrier related queries, giving an outstanding client experience every time. Investigate and solve any issues and problems to do with missing or damaged orders and ensure queries are dealt with and investigated fully to stop any recurring issues, dealing with carriers and raising claims on behalf of the client.




What were looking for as a Customer Service Advisor:

× Experienced, skilled and dedicated to giving outstanding Customer Service

× Passionate about the business and always thinking of ways to improve/grow clients

× Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail

× Strong proven ability to investigate and resolve client issues

× Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to think outside the box in orderto resolve issues

× Works well under pressure, maintaining a positive, can-do attitude throughout

× Able to solve technical and sometimes complex problems through active listening and effective questioning
