Job description
This job is for a customer service role at Innofinity Worldwide. You will be required to answer phone calls as well as responding to customers over email and our software we use called edesk. We are a trade-in platform and currently sell on eBay and through our own website. We specalise in mobile phones and refurbishing them however we sell a host of different products. We are looking for reliability, commitment and someone with a good work ethic. It is also important that you are able to touch type or be able to type quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
