Location: Midlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 - 1700
We are looking for an individual that is computer literate and enjoys a busy working environment.
You will become part of our contact centre call staff with the aim to achieve quality and productivity standards and targets through the day to day efficient and effective answering of incoming calls and email instructions, and be the first point of referral for our clients. You will develop good working relations with all clients in order to meet customer and regulatory requirements. . We do offer full training for the right candidate and after successful completion of this we can offer home working. We can also accommodate a degree of flexibility to aide school drop offs.
