Company Background
Diva Gift is a rapidly growing business and in order to support our E-Commerce team we are looking for an Customer Service Advisor to join our established company based in Silverstone, Towcester.
There are considerable expansion plans for the company, therefore we are looking for committed people to join and grow with the business.
Key Skills Required:
Data entry into Excel of sales history and quantity of orders reached per day, week and month
Responding to emails and messages from customers
Reviewing eBay or Amazon data to ensure customer parcels are delivered on-time.
Reviewing stock levels are in line with current sales volume.
Identifying any misleading or incorrect information on our systems and addressing this to your line manager.
Accountabilities:
You will have proven and demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes in particular Excel.
Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and initiative to problem solve.
You will always be polite and professional and have a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to exceed customer expectations.
