Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Daily duties includes putting all orders on to our TAS system.
- Invoicing orders as they are dispatched
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Telephoning out to customers and chasing lapsed accounts.
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,866.00-£20,721.00 per year
