The role:
- Providing excellent customer service to existing customers and giving advice on queries
· Processing customer orders
· Liaising with other departments
· Support sales team
- General admin duties
- Other ad hoc duties as required
About you:
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- High level of IT skills – Office/CRM
