About the Role
We are a looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our Customer Service team, based out of our London HQ.
The Customer Service Team is responsible for ensuring our customers have a great customer journey with Bionic. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a high performing team within a rewarding department – offering great personal development and training.
Day to day Responsibilities
- Answering and replying to customer calls and emails
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Updating queries/complaints with high-quality notes
- Carrying out any inquiries if the customer isn’t happy
- Working towards targets such as inbound call volume
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Meeting regulatory standards, such as Data Protection and FCA Guidelines

Requirements
About You
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional written English skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Developed time-management skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Energy industry experience is a bonus
