Who we are looking for
A positive, confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant who will be key to supporting our customers in the United Kingdom with their account queries.
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your invaluable communication skills whilst working from home.
You will respond to a variety of customer account queries and provide an excellent level of service. A fully remote training plan is provided, therefore no prior experience is required.
A private home working environment and a stable internet connection is required; however, we will provide you with the additional equipment to complete the role.
Successful applicants will need to permanently reside in and provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
This is a full-time remote role, working hours are between 07:00 and 23:00, working any five days from seven, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The starting salary for this position is competitive, increasing to £23,046 per annum upon successful completion of training. We also provide a generous bonus scheme and a range of other benefits.
The next intakes for successful applicants will be on 12th June 2023 and 24th July 2023.
