Salary: £10.42 per hour

We are currently looking for an individual to fulfil the position of Customer Services Assistant at the Cannington Reception Desk - Providing a friendly, professional welcome to Visitors, Staff and Students.
The Role is pivotal to upholding a positive customer experience and safeguarding of students, visitors and staff. The post holder will be responsible for communicating efficiently and professionally to the appropriate dept/teams. Fulfilling administration task to a high level of accuracy alongside process incoming and outgoing calls via the colleges switchboard system. Processing of royal mail and courier services. Petty cash payments
It is essential that you have an ability to respond professional, act with confidence whilst remaining calm and efficient to all emerging requests in person or via multi levels of communication. (switchboard, email, radio etc)
