The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to people applying for a job and inquiring about our company programmes. The successful candidate will also have great attention to detail and be highly motivated. Core customer service skills are key to this position, which will require the candidate to engage with customers regularly and handle a large volume of calls and emails on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer queries and complaints.
- Make outbound calls to clients.
- Provide travel advice to customers.
- Offer advice on different travel destinations.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes.
- Manage incoming/outgoing e-mail and supply file copies to other staff.
- Manage incoming claims and related correspondence.
- Manage outgoing communications, bills and invoices.
- Keep accurate records of all communication with customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
