The ideal candidate for this role will be self-motivated with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team. They will be punctual and professional with strong and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about offering the highest level of service to our customers and has a flexible approach to work. Previous customer service/sales and administrative experience would be advantageous.
This is a part-time role (up to 16 hours per week with the potential for more during busy periods), with the flexibility to work both remotely and in our offices in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. We require the successful candidate to be in the office at least one day a week.
Main duties:
- Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and social media.
- Informing customers of beneficial add-on services and products.
- Liaising with the Operations Manager to communicate booking information, coordinate collections/deliveries and ensure processes run smoothly.
- Contacting customers to keep them informed of their rugs journey, discuss any specific cleaning requirements, and provide information on beneficial add on products.
- Customer service support for our carpet cleaning specialist sister company Clean Rescue.
- Assisting with invoicing and processing payments.
- General administrative support as the business requires.
