We are recruiting a Customer Support Executive to work for a company based in Warrington- this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get into their first or second customer service position.
The main objective is to to provide front line support to existing and new customers in a way that reflects the Company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Working as part of a team with a can do attitude.
Main duties will be :
- Offer help and support to new and existing customers.
- Respond effectively and timely to customer queries received via phone
- Work as a team to ensure the departments metrics are adhered to
- Process quality complaints
- Develop a good working relationship with customers
- Processing credits and discussing payment plans
- Advise on products and services
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritise
- Previous experience in a customer services or retail an advantage
