As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization to our patients and their families. You will be responsible for providing a positive first impression during your initial meeting through consistent communication throughout the process of receiving and serving our patients.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have customer service experience with a customer service focus for at least one year.
  • Must have COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status for medical exemption / or require exemption status to be eligible for employment

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls (80%+ of calls are from patients)
  • Assess patients’ needs and provide support and resources for research-based treatment decisions
  • Provide information about the facility and services provided in a timely manner
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as comply with all applicable state and federal laws

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,567.00-£21,747.00 per year
