Working here feels pretty unique and our Customer Service Assistants are a vital ingredient in the guest experience! Therefore, we’re looking for people who strive for the best, are guest focused, and radiate passion and enthusiasm.
What we are looking for
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Friendly and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communicator who loves to interact with people of all ages
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Flexibility in working days and hours
You could be working as part of our attractions team at the tower, going out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. Whisking guests away on their journey to the top of the tower, perhaps clowning around within our circus arena or in the ballroom whilst they enjoy afternoon tea. You could even be the first point of contact for our guests in the admissions department, offering a warm welcome, selling and checking tickets, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative.
If working in Madame Tussauds or our SEA LIFE centre, you may be working at our Wax Hands experience or even work in the famous Rovers Return pub. If working within the retail shop, you could be making sure the shop is always fully stocked and looking presentable. Having the confidence to encourage guests to stock up on Madame Tussauds or SEA LIFE related goodies.
These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted from March to November. Offering full-time and part-time hours, our attractions are open daily, so full availability is needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
