As part of our customer service team, you will be the main contact responding to customer enquiries via email, social media, and on the phone.
You will be a part of a small and busy team providing excellent and timely customer service.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude who is at home with talking to customers.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and reliable individual, ideally with experience of delivering high-quality customer service.
You will have a positive, friendly attitude, possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure using your own initiative.
