THE ROLE
We are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to join us at REFY Beauty on a part-time basis starting Monday 9th October up until 4th December.
Experience is desirable, but training will be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dealing with all day-to-day customer facing queries
- Reply to customers on all social platforms (Tik Tok, IG, Youtube, Trustpilot)
- Reply to customer emails, ensuring our tone of voice reflects the REFY brand.
- Problem solve return requests.
- Monitor for fraud / red flag orders
- Report on the order errors to CS Manager
- Working to daily target
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Be precise and extremely organised
- Strong communication skills
- A can do attitude.
- High attention to detail
Job Types: Temporary contract, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: £10.42 per hour
